General Information1. What are your operating hours? a. 5am to 10pm Monday through Friday b. 7am to 7pm on Saturday c. 8am to 8pm on Sunday. 2. Where are you located? a. We are 1 mile outside the West Chester borough, located at 810 E Market Street West Chester, PA 19382. 3. Do you offer parking facilities? a. Yes, we have 35+ parking spots including handicap accessible, bikes, and scooters! 4. Can I tour the facility before signing up? a. Of course! We prefer taking the time to show you around the building so you can be informed and comfortable about the space in addition to feeling educated on our products and services. 5. Do you offer day passes or trial memberships? a. Sure do! Our FREE 3-Day Trial gives you access to the group classes and open gym only. You can try any 3 classes during a 7 day span with no strings attached. The only thing we will need from you is a signed waiver. 6. What age groups are welcome at your gym? a. We invite all ages! Here is a breakdown of our specific age groups and i. Youth 1 -> 1st grade to 3rd grade ii. Youth 2 -> 4th grade to 7th grade iii. Youth 3 -> 8th grade to 12th grade iv. Classes & Open Gym -> 18+ 7. Are there any membership discounts available for students, seniors, or military personnel? a. Absolutely! We offer 10% discounts on unlimited monthly memberships for: i. Students ii. Teachers iii. First Responders iv. Veterans v. Legends 8. Is there an orientation session for new members? a. Our FREE 3-Day Trial can serve as your orientation in addition to the post sign-up process that invites questions, comments or concerns you may have. 9. How can I contact customer support? a. Membership11. What are the different membership options available? a. We offer several membership options that range from monthly unlimited bundles to session packs and day passes. 12. Can I freeze or cancel my membership? a. Yes, we totally understand life happens and want to be here for you when it does. You can pause your membership up to 3 months a year. Either consecutive or spread out. 13. Do you offer family or group memberships? a. Family memberships will be released after the grand opening but we promise our pre-sale memberships are even better so take advantage while you can! 14. Are there any initiation fees? a. Our pre-sale memberships require a one time ($50) non-refundable deposit that locks you in for lifelong pre-sale pricing. No price increases for the length of the membership! 15. Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership? a. Absolutely! You can make any changes to your membership through our mobile app or we would be more than happy to assist you in person at the front desk! 16. What's included in each membership tier? a. We invite you to check out our mobile app that outlines all of the memberships and contact us with any questions or clarifications as needed! Here is the link! 17. Are there any additional fees for classes or services? a. Personal training services are not included in the unlimited monthly memberships and PT pricing is set by the trainer. Workshops, clinics, and other pop-up events are also additional costs but members will receive special offers on certain items. 18. Do you offer guest passes for members to bring friends? a. Our FREE 3-Day Trial is essentially a guest pass in addition to our partner workout every Saturday which is a great opportunity to bring a friend for free and give them an extra trial day! 19. How do I renew my membership? a. All monthly unlimited memberships will automatically renew on the same day each month and recovery room packs can be purchased directly through our mobile app. 20. Can I transfer my membership to another person? a. Unfortunately, we do not allow unlimited monthly memberships to be transferred, however Recovery Room sessions can be. Rules and restrictions apply so please contact us if your looking to transfer sessions to someone else.

Classes21. What types of classes do you offer? a. Our classes range from strength and cardio to yoga and mobility. We also offer additional specialty classes such as athletic development, adaptive, homeschool, pre/postpartum and more! 22. How long are the classes? a. All classes will be 60 minutes. 23. Do I need to book classes in advance? a. You can book classes at your convenience through our mobile app or you can also stop in at the front desk and we will get you signed in! 24. Are the classes suitable for beginners? a. Our entire facility is suitable for any skill level and that is especially true for our classes! We intentionally program at a level 3 (out of 5) to allow for modifications and/or progressions as needed. 25. Can I drop in for a single class? a. You can drop in THREE for FREE! Our Free 3-Day Trial is your opportunity to test us out with no commitment or strings attached! 26. Do you offer private or personalized training sessions? a. Yes we do! Our personal trainers can do anything from 1v1 to sports team training. 27. What should I bring to a class? a. Liquids and a good attitude! We’ll take care of the rest. 28. Are there showers and changing facilities available? a. We do have changing facilities, but no showers. We will be changing that in the future but for now we are showerless.

Open Gym Access31. What equipment do you have in your gym? a. Our facility is professionally designed and equipped with state of the art machines and equipment from Precore and Power Lift supplied by Advantage Sport & Fitness. 32. Is there a time limit for using the open gym? a. Nope! As long as we are open so is the gym! 33. Are there any rules or etiquette I should be aware of in the open gym? a. Leave it better than you found it and have each others back! 34. How often is the equipment maintained? a. Our equipment maintenance schedule includes daily wipe downs, weekly tests, and monthly audits to ensure your safety and satisfaction!

Cold Plunge Services41. Can I use the cold plunge after a workout? a. You can definitely use the cold plunge after a workout. We just ask that you be mindful and respectful of the people going after you so if you need to wipe down or change, please take the time to do so as you would want someone to do for you. 42. How cold is the water in the cold plunge? a. We keep our plunges anywhere from 42 to 45°. However it can get as low as 39°. 43. Are there any age restrictions for using the cold plunge? a. Yes, we want to make sure everyone is safe so anyone below the age of 16 needs parental consent and supervision.

Infrared Sauna Services51. Do I need to shower before or after using the sauna? a. No, we don’t expect you to shower before entering the sauna however, we do ask that you be mindful and respectful of the people going after you just like the cold and please wipe down prior to entering so your dry and use a towel while inside to ensure cleanliness in future uses. 52. Is there a maximum temperature for the sauna? a. Yes, the maximum temperature for the infrared sauna is 175°F however, the temperature can be adjusted down as needed and/or requested. 53. Are there any age restrictions for using the sauna? a. Yes, very similar to the cold plunge, anyone below the age of 16 needs parental consent and supervision. 54. How long are the infrared sauna sessions? a. We have a 30 minute and 60 minute option and the prices are adjusted accordingly.

Normatec Compression Services61. How long does a session of Normatec Compression last? a. Very similar to the infrared sauna sessions we offer 30 and 60 minute compression sessions. 62. Can I use Normatec Compression after a workout? a. Yes, you may use the Nutech compression boots after a workout however, just like the cold plunge and infrared sauna, we ask that you be mindful and respectful of the people after you by starting your session dry and wiping down the boots after you’re done. 63. Can I adjust the pressure of the Normatec compression sleeves? a. Yes, there are seven levels to the normal tech compression boots with level, one being the least amount of compression and level seven being the most intense compression. We suggest starting around a 4 or 5 and adjusting as needed from there. 64. Are there any age restrictions for using Normatec compression? a. Yes, anyone below the age of 16 needs parental consent and supervision. We also ask that anyone below 5 foot refrain from using the normal tech compression boots because of the set length of the boots. If they are not zipped up all the way it can damage the compression boots.
